Our friends at DVS and almost blessed us with this clip of the ever-unfadeable Daewon Song “dorking around” at the DVS skatepark. Good lord, if this is dorking, what’s he got in the can for the almost video? Prepare to have your face melted.
Filmed & edited by Jon Fitisemanu.
The full-length video of the Creature and Sk8mafia boys in paradise jumped off yesterday, and there were a grip of sequences, too. But we just had too much good stuff. Here’s another batch of sequences of David Gravette, Wes Kremer, and Marius Syvanen at the Black Pearl skatepark in Grand Cayman.

SKBSG NEWS UPDATES
Our homey and contributing photographer Yoon Sul (if you can’t remeber his work, here’s a little reminder) has just launched his new Web site with all kinds of photographic goodness. Don’t be a dickhead and go check it out.
Two very cool skate films are being shown this weekend in San Diego:
The new Chris Mulhern video, THIS TIME TOMORROW, makes it’s debut in San Diego this SUNDAY evening at 7pm at the Blue Foot Bar. Screening will begin promptly at 7pm and then play once or twice more over the course of the evening. Starring Curtis Rapp, Rory Milanes, Steph Morgan, Dave Caddo, Lucien Clarke, Devon Connell, and Jimmy McDonald. It’s a bar so it’s 21+, but it is a free screening. SUPPORT INDEPENDENT SKATEBOARD FILM MAKING!
MONDAY March 8th at the downtown public library, it’s a free screening of BEAUTIFUL LOSERS starring Ed Templeton, Thomas Campbell, Aaron Rose, Chris Johanson, Shepard Fairey, Jo Jackson, Barry McGee, Mike Mills, Geoff Mcfetridge and others. This is an all ages event. free and open to the public.
In the 3rd floor screening room. This screening is in conjunction with the library’s ongoing MONDAY night movie series that has been running since 1984.
Check out the smoothest of the Frenchman, JB Gillet, with his new Gold Wheels commercial.
